Tournament Upsell Reporting
To report on upsells within an event, each tournament orders page has an export button.
There, you can export a spreadsheet that shows:
- Customer name
- Phone
- Order date
- Order total
- Any upsells ordered
Similarly, each upsell report page has an export button and a filter.
Each upsell report page includes an export button and filters. The upsell report now supports filtering by Upsell Name, Size, and Purchase Date alongside the existing Brand filter.
- Upsell Name — type or select a specific upsell to narrow results to matching records only
- Size — choose from a dropdown of available sizes to filter by a specific size
- Purchase Date — enter a start and end date to show only orders placed within that range
When filters are applied, clicking Export Orders will download a file containing only the filtered records, with column headers matching the report fields.
